The two apparel mockups apply the approved branding to up to two garments. They do not include two original apparel designs or physical garments.
The stationery package includes the design files only. Printing, manufacturing, additional employees/contact profiles, additional stationery sizes, and additional collateral are not included

Information
How the process works
1. Choose Your Package
Select the package that best fits your business and branding needs.
2. Submit Your Information
After payment, you’ll receive a design questionnaire where you can tell us about your business, preferred style, colors, references, goals and more.
3. Concepts & Revisions
We’ll create your initial concept(s) and send proofs by email. Revision rounds are used to refine your chosen direction.
4. Final Approval & Files
Once your logo is approved, we’ll prepare and deliver the final files included with your package.
Project timeline and communication
Logo Basics projects have an active project window of up to 5 business days, Logo Plus projects up to 10 business days, and Business Essentials projects up to 15 business days.
Project timelines begin once payment, the completed design questionnaire, and all required materials have been received.
The estimated project timeline includes business days during which Higher Up Apparel is actively able to work on your project. The timeline pauses whenever we are awaiting required client feedback, approvals, files, or information.
Communication
All official project communication, revision requests, approvals, and final file delivery are handled through email. This helps us keep every request documented and ensures that nothing is missed.
Logo packages do not include off-site meetings, lunch meetings, or in-person design sessions unless specifically arranged as an additional service.
What counts as a revision round?
A revision round is one consolidated set of requested changes submitted together by email. Clients are encouraged to review each proof carefully and include all requested adjustments in one response.
Additional requests submitted after work on a revision has begun may count as a separate revision round.
Changes requested after all included revision rounds have been used may require an additional revision fee.
Project Pauses & Inactivity
Clients are asked to respond to proofs, questions, or approval requests within 3 business days.
If we are waiting on client feedback or required information for more than 3 business days, the project will be placed on pause and removed from the active design schedule.
The first client-caused pause may be resumed at no additional charge, although the project will return to the current scheduling queue and its previous completion date or priority is not guaranteed.
If a project is paused a second or subsequent time because required client feedback or information is not received within 3 business days, a $25 rescheduling fee may be required before work resumes.
Client inactivity is tracked cumulatively throughout the project. If total client-caused inactivity reaches 10 business days, the project may be closed, even if those inactive days occurred across multiple revision rounds.
Payments already made are non-refundable.
Closed projects may be resumed from the previous stage by paying a reactivation fee equal to 35% of the original package price, with a $50 minimum. Reactivated projects return to the current scheduling queue and do not retain their previous priority or completion date.
Projects inactive for more than 30 calendar days may be required to restart as a new project at current pricing.
Payment & Refunds
Logo and branding packages are paid in full before design work begins.
Because design time and scheduling are reserved specifically for each client, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
